Two weeks ago I discovered Parenthood, now in its 3rd season. The show was on TV and I found myself CRYING upon first viewing.  I didn’t know about any of the characters, yet I was immediately drawn into their lives. Incredible. I’m so tired of the misconceived sentiment that Parks and Recreation should be cancelled or is on the road to cancellation because of its seemingly “low”ratings.  A lot of people take these numbers at face value, failing to contextualize them with respect to other shows within the network.  It doesn’t matter that Parks is doing poorly compared to ( Read more... )

NEVER (minus the EW cover) . Not at screenings, festivals, castmates’ movie premieres, podcasts, magazine shoots/interviews, etc etc etc.  I have never heard him compliment any of his castmates, not even Amy Poehler, and yet they’re always sincerely flattering and praising him.

1. 30 Rock is coming back, making 8 pm THE BEST hour of television (30Rock + ParksandRec)*. THIS makes me so happy :D

2. Megan Mullally will be guest-starring in an episode of Up All Night.  Maya Rudolph + Christina Applegate + Megan Mullally = Funny women EXPLOSION. Dy-no-mite!
