2 would seem weird if one were in the middle of a busy working day and ran up to the roof top only to return to one's workstation just short of soaking wet!!!!

I love getting wet in the rain too. As a kid, I used to put on a bathing suit and run out and play in the rain if there was a good rainstorm.
