This past weekend has been an absolute tonic. I was feeling rather run down and crabbity last week (possible nicotine withdrawl symptoms) but after a glorious weekend full of fun, frolics and some quite fabulous people, I'm happy-go-lucky again. *grin*

Didn't I tell you that sneerpout is fab and ace! It's horrendously ages since I saw her in the flesh - probably 1997/98 - so LJ has come to my rescue yet again!

He had a root canal between periods? That's fantastic. I'm excited they've made it to the seventh game. I always root for the team that's further north. (A hockey team from North Carolina? Please.) Unless it's the Penguins, of course, who had absolutely no chance this year. Made it to a few games and enjoyed watching Sidney Crosby nevertheless.

Do you play hockey at all? It's a great stress-reliever.

I don't, I have no ability to stay upright on skates so I feel me learning to play hockey would be rapidly followed by me visiting the emergency room!

Hey, at least the Pens weren't last. Sexcond last in the whole league if memory serves, I can't remember the team (who I think are in the Western Conference) that's worse than the Pens but I take solace that there is one!
