Turns out I did get the job after all.

The guy called today instead of yesterday like he had said.

Now I'm super effing nervous because the job involves talking to the public and this is something that I'm not exactly good at. But hopefully everyone's nice, and the job's interesting.

yeah, i mean, i've had to do presentations several times in my life so i know i'm capable of speaking to the public. i'm just afraid that they'll ask me stuff i don't know, and since i'm going to be working with someone else, i won't be able to give bullshit answers.

YEAH!! That's so great! We'll be working just a hop,skip and a jump away from each other. We should definitely consult schedules for some carpooling opportunities. Congrats, you'll be great. Oh, and you may even get to know some St.Andrew's Rectory people I got to know last summer.

Hey, so apparently we have a soccer practice tomorrow evening? Are you going? How does that work with whatever we're doing with Joanna?

not going to soccer. if he wants people to show up, he'll have to give more than one day's notice.

i believe there are other practices scheduled throughout the week though so...
