First there were two Harveys. Then, there were two Cranes. And I think there were two Rachels. And now, there are two Bruces.

I honestly can't believe this. What's this city coming to?

My people are getting a handle on the situation, Commissioner. I believe we're not far away from finding the answer to all of this. At least, to the issue of two Rachels and two Bruces... our theory doesn't really account for the other sets.
