Im at 102.5 pounds!! I feel awesome right now. I also have a cocktail party at 4 today, so that makes it all the more motivating to stick with my fast today. i think i'm going to fast till tuesday - which is when i'll HAVE to break it because i'm eating dinner at my boyfriend's house ( Read more... )

Congratulations! You must be sooo happy right now. How long did it take you to get there? And how much weight did you lose?

yes im sooo happy. well my weight is constantly fluctuating so it's hard for me to say exactly how long it took me to get here. my first major weight loss was from 140-120lbs about five years ago, and then 120 to 112 lbs 9th grade, but then i gained the freshman 15 in college. I've managed to stay between 105 and 115 over the past year but this is definitely the lowest weight i've ever weighed at, so i feel GREAT! fasting DEFINITELY helped me with this. i've lost about 8 pounds since thanksgiving by basically fasting and exercising every day - i know that's not a lot, but for me, the lower i weigh the harder it is for me to shed the pounds, so i'm really really glad i've been able to pull this off!

- throw out ANY tempting high-calorie food: chips, cookies, junk food, etc. don't just "hide" them or put them away, simply get rid of them so that when you crave them, they're NOT there for you to have. simple as that ( ... )
