I know it seems like I've dropped off the face of the Earth for the last couple of weeks. And for once, it's not because of too much work. In fact it's quite the opposite. I'm feeling very accomplished today. Improving my culinary skills. I've been bugging my friend to show me how to make apple crumble for a while, and she finally gave in.
