Honestly, Xig, things are going as well as they can, I suppose. I've had the flu for quite some time now, and it's looking like it will clear up whenever it damn well feels like. It's nothing bad, just a fever, aches, exhaustion, and chills, but that is the flu for you.
To make matters worse, I have given this particularly nasty strain to Aeris. At least we have the fortune of both of us being under the weather at the same time.

Are you sure it's not this nasty bug that's buzzin' around bothering people? Of course, aches, fever, and exhaustion are symptoms for five billion and four things, but ... you know, you kind of have to go through and check off all the sicknesses that it WOULDN'T be... like, Malaria or something like that...

Aaah, I guess that'd be kind of cool. I don't know, when I'm sick I typically like to have someone well to tend to my poor ass. XDDD Larxene is good at that bit, even if she IS heavy laden. At least you can cuddle away your woes, right? Misery loves company! :D

I'm not fully sure. I am fairly confident that it's a form of flu, but that's all. And I don't think this is quite the place for malaria. Uncle Rooster caught a nasty case of that once on his travels, and I think I'd know if I had that.

It's not, really. Some odd instinct tells me to go and take care of her, but it's very hard to accomplish when I can't be bothered to move. You're right that we have been spending a lot more time together, but we've been helping each other out as much as we physically are able to.
There has been quite a bit of that, yes, I will admit. It's a good thing Vaan hasn't been around lately, I think he'd feel a bit uncomfortable.

Don't throw this at me, I'm still stuck here :P! I'm physically feeling like I'm recovering, but I'm being held here because I still have a fever and I'm still having dizzy spells. I sent the nurses into a bit of a frenzy over the weekend when I randomly vomited blood. Just the once, but they started doing scans and stuff on me and they had to give me medicine so I didn't vomit anymore. That stuff was nasty :P

But hey, at least you're keeping busy! And why the fuck aren't you sick yet?!

They thought it was connected to that stomach work I had back at the start of the year. I've been vomiting a whole lot since I started getting sick weeks ago, so they figured I could have aggravated it somehow. There was no tube down my throat, so I'll have to say Finagrin. I would have freaking strangled them with the tube if they'd brought it anywhere near me!

As for what this is... no idea. Not a virus, I don't think. It just doesn't feel viral to me. Maybe a poison in the water or something?
