1. The best thing I did all week was... get back on a regular workout schedule. Last night's kettlebell class kicked my ass. A firm reminder that, unless I'm deathly ill, I cannot go more then a week without some sort of weight training

My shower song pushed me thru spinning class today. And I had to keep telling myself, "if I keep spinning up, then I, too, can have a rockin' body like Shakira". Well, not exactly, but more rocking then what I got happening now.
