So hot here!

So day one of my week off (for a vacation we're not taking, but I'm using to work on a writing project), and it's 109 degrees Fahrenheit outside. I braved the murderous sun to hit a grocery store for veggies so I can make cold soup. Avocado and cucumbers, here I come.

But you can comfort yourself with the thought that your current temperature is the Answer to Life The Universe And Everything. 8-)

Ha! Yes! :) And it was only for two days, so it could have been much worse.

We just had two months with temperatures that high......and with no air conditioning! I hope your hot weather doesn't last that long.

So far only two days, then it dropped down in to the 90s/high 80s. I'm not sure I could live in your climate. :)
