I got a raise, and my boss managed not to actually pay me the amount announced in our meeting. So, I just assumed he fucked up and told him about it. Now, instead of admitting he's a cheap fuckhead, he insists that he told me the raise wasn't going to be in effect until, next pay period. This is after he delayed actually determining the raise
