it's a radio box. because i slipseat at work (or take a different truck each night, never the same rig) i need an easy way to cart my gear in and out of my car and my truck. this box would give me a compact yet efficient way to carry around my am/fm/cd/mp3 (DIN of course) as well as my CB radio. (those would be the holes in the front). the holes on top are for speakers. two in the back for the stereo and one up front for an external speaker for my cb radio. The hole in the side is for the CB microphone (if you have a cb radio with the mic plug on the side or the back of the unit... my mic plug is on the front so i would obviously get a box w/out the side cut). Unseen from this picture is one more hole cut in the back. This is where the power lines run from the radio box to a set of wires i can plug into the terminal posts on my dashboard in my truck. also to be routed out the back of the box would be a coax line to run to a CB antanae (with a splitter inside of the box so that one antanae would supply radio waves to both my
