went for a 50 mile ride through healdsburg. last year it was real fun, but for some reason this year i didn't really enjoy it as much. maybe because we were going 18-20 mph uphill? yeah for someone who hasn't been working out a lot...i was really out of shape. towards the end, the rolling hills really got to me and i was going like 7 mph uphill. my ( Read more... )
