I'm not going to lie, I'm pretty hung over right now. I drank a larger than recommended amount of beer last night. However that sounded so amazing, I actually want more beer. :) I can attest to Great Lakes, Amsterdam, Steam Whistle and Mill Street. All amazing beer choices and everyone should definitely give them a try.

I'm loving your DIY greener journal posting. Keep up the awesome.

if i can ever get my hands on it/am allowed to have it, i should send you gerard's song that he wrote/recorded called "buy local buy fresh". it's kind of great :) hahaha.

tip from watching someone make his own beer: don't drink it before it's ready! i remember the syphoning....poor darren.....mouth full of what he described as "sock water"

hahaha! sounds awesome. i've love to hear the song. definitely don't drink beer before it's ready.

i told chris he's not allowed to start the siphon with his mouth cause it's unsanitary, but getting a mouth full of sock water is another good reason to have a siphon starter!
