i hate the drama of planning things for big groups. i got together a coach bus to prom for emo '03, and it was absolutely insane. i got a lot of shit for the prices and for the money deadline, and it got really crazy at some points. but by the day of prom, i think everyone was just really happy that it all worked out, and we were able to just enjoy the night and what we had.

so hopefully that's what will happen for you. unfortunately, taking responsibility for something huge will inevitably result in at least a few people being unhappy. but that's just the way it is; you can't please everyone. i mean, look at george bush. ha, bad example maybe? anyway, i hope it all works out eventually. no worries for now. :)
