Kids don't need electronics. Unless they have two households and need to call for rides.

Oh man, I SO COMPLETELY AGREE! I was volunteering at Eagle Rock Elementary like three years ago, and I swear a second grader was talking on a cell phone. I was pretty disturbed by it. It's so unnecessary! There's nothing to coordinate at that age. A playdate, maybe, but parents know your schedule better than you do at that point! I don't get it at all.
