it has been a happy week.... calls from cute boys.... free laptops.... and it's only monday! woot!

today, in an effort to cling to the last remaining days of summer vacation, i went to the beach for a while. it was nice to just sit there. i brought my book (well, technically jamie's book that i'm borrowing) and read for a while. i brought my watercolor pencils, too, as i was in a rather creative mood. so i sketched and colored and painted.
