My dear, I could love this story any more it would be like it being my own child. I LOVE the fact that Logan and Wallace have nicknames for each other and they use them quite frequently. I LOVE the fact Duncan is creepy as hell. I LOVE that Meg and Weevil are married and expecting. I LOVE that Logan and her are finally giving up thier charade. And I LOVE that Keith and Logan have an actual relationship. I saw you posted another chapter I squealed out loud. I was so excited. And I cannot wait until the next chapter. Waiting oh so impatiently.
PS If any of this is worded wrong or spelled funny, I'm a bit tipsy so excuse it. Thank you.
Writing Logan and Wallace as friends is SO much fun! And I love getting to vent about Duncan by writing him as a total whack job. Hee. Much more Meg/Weevil to come. :-) And the next chapter will be very exciting, I promise!
Sounds like you had a fun weekend--hope that's accurate!! :-) And very appropriate icon. :-)
Isn't he, though? He's definitely on his planet--it has satellites and everything. *laughs* I hope everyone enjoys it and what's coming. Thanks for commenting!!
I really, really love this story. I have never followed WIPs before because I can't stand waiting for things, but your summary dragged me in and now I have been checking daily for an update and I actually sort of cheered out loud when I saw that you had posted a new chapeter. Can't wait for more (also, every time I read this story I think "God can Duncan get any creepier", and then he does, great work!)
LOL. The truly ironic thing here is that I don't usually read WIPs either, for the exact same reason. And here I am writing one. Hee. Actually, it's the same thing. :-) The idea grabbed ahold of me and I had no choice, I ve to write it. My beta finds the irony to be very entertaining. :-)
I'm truly flattered that you've made such an exception for me. *smile*
And yeah, Duncan is just eight kinds of creepy all at once, isn't he? :-) Thanks for sharing your thoughts!!
Btw, I almost forgot to add that I really want Logan and Veronica to be able to come out of the closet on their own terms despite Duncan's machinations...I'm tired of him being able to be the puppet master because he's manipulating them through their feelings for him.
Someone had an awful lot of fun writing this chappie, and it shows!
Had they eloped? Run away together? Gone off to have their secret love child? Signed a pact with the devil? Stayed home to watch soap operas?
I especially like the last bit to that. It cracked me up ^ ^
Logan couldn’t stop the first thought that came unbidden into his mind, which was that he would rather watch Wallace and Veronica than hang out with his boring-as-toast best friend. ROFL, you just had to put that in, didn't you?
And to think. I was afraid that they wouldn’t get along.I loved that little bit! I love how Wallace and Logan are becoming friends outside Veronica. I want to hug the two of them because of it
( ... )
Well, you know, sometimes you just really have to know what's going to happen next on the soaps. Hee!
ROFL, you just had to put that in, didn't you? Hey, you have to follow the muse. :-)
Seriously, though, Wallace and Logan's relationship sort of insisted on evolving like it has. Good stuff!
I'm glad you liked the chapter. :-) Ah, Duncan...creep-out boy is absolutely right. Good point about their efforts...we shall see...
And I'm thinking they're going to be very pissed off, especially Logan, when he finds out what Duncan's been up to. Methinks you are probably correct. *laughs*
