There have been reported rolling blackouts through out town the past day or so. Best guess the civilians at the elctric company have either bugged out or are dead. Either way you slice it, no power means a hell of alot more dark. Approximately 8:45 pm Wednesday, 15 September 2004 an earthquake struck. The epicenter being Sunnydale. Damage reports are still coming in. The base took a direct hit. Command is evactuating non essential personell.

This place has been a mad house since I arrived. I was beginning to think I was given command of a bunch of section 8's. I read the personell files. The ones who had spotless records, quit, didn't show up for work, acted like this was their last shot to party before the world ended.
