Yesterday i had my Maths exam, which didn't go well! I didn't even finish the exam! I am truely crap at maths. It's official. Considering i'm in the bottom 10 in our year, out of 300 pupils..kinda crap. I'm getting an F+ in the subject...not that the + makes much of a difference

Maths...ugh. That was the subject I just dreaded so much. I think I took my maths gcse three times and never got higher than a D (and most people want you getting a C or above). I just gave up. I simply don't have the sort of brain that can process mathematically type things. Artistic stuff, or english lit and that sort of thing, no problem, but anything like maths nooooooo!

I was getting nagged at by mum i got the 'if you don't pass at maths, you wont get a job' lecture.
Hmmm...

I have no idea what i'm going to do haha.

Unfortunately, when applying for university places they do like you to have a C grade or above for Maths and English - which I found out to my cost when I started applying and kept getting rejection letters simply because I had a D grade. This was about a million years ago however and so I suspect things might have changed a wee bit since then.

Have you thought about getting a tutor? It sounds dumb to say it, but I had one and he did actually help me quite a lot. I know I said I never got the C grade :p but I think without my tutor's help I would probably have been looking at three Us instead!

I know, uni is very tight to get into now. With limited spaces and all. :(

But yeah i already do have a tutor (kinda) actually :P, but the only problem is, that he's my friends dad, and for me it's really embarrasing and uncomfortable, but he got A*'s in his exams so he's pretty good. He's mostly in Iraq though, he just got back from Iraq, to go away again for 3 weeks to America, so it's pretty much a lost cause anyway.
I was asking my mum about a proper tutor and she was all "no, they cost to much, if we could afford it you would be having them for all your lessons" Jeeeez, thanks. haha.

I don't think i'm going to be carrying on education, i think i'm just going to look for a job pretty much straight away, people say i'm just throwing my life away but you know, suits some i guess...

Maths = bad.

So who cares? Unless you really need it for your wished for occupation?
