Of course, there's always the innocent guy that finds the greatest orange at the top of the tree, and while he is being bludgeoned and stabbed and poked and torn apart trying to get it, some cheap bastard gets to it before him because he has a lame advantage of being a frothing jack-ass who steals these delicate beauties right out of others peoples arms only to throw them against the trunk of the tree to inflict pain and bruises, thus making them the easy-to-get kind of things because he has no soul of his own, causing the innocent guy years of torture.
