you need your human to make you a tin foil hat.

That way the cosmic rays don't bite you and "they" can't pick up your thoughts

I sat on some tin foil once. It ruffled my fur wrong and I bit it. It tasted terrible.

Maybe it is the taste that keeps the cosmic rays away.
