Hey! You didn't tell me about any of this last night!
I can understand how hard it is to have family move away. When I left for college in 1988, my parents moved out of state. That was hard for me. Of course, I'v since moved to a completely different part of the country and that's hard, too. I love New England, but I miss my home in the south.
I also haven't seen my parents since last Thanksgiving. I probably won't see them again until April of 2006. Then there's my brothers. Robby and John. Robby is in FL and John is in IA. I saw them both at Thanksgiving, as well, but I have no idea when I'll see either of them again. And John has two young daughters. It's hard not seeing my nieces much, because I miss so much of their growing up. And I'm lucky enough to get along well with both my sisters-in-law, so I miss not being able to see more of them. Yeah, my inlaws are around here and I do get along great with them, but I miss my side of the family.
