We had possum roadkill on Christian Street a couple weeks ago. I dialed up a neighbor to hold the trashbag open while I shoveled the critter into the bag. Fortunately, it was an official neighborhood cleanup day and sanitation was coming through that afternoon to pick up all offerings.

It's ten. Still here, and the flies are very interested.

The goldfinches are coming and going to their thistle sock, and they could care less.

I'm going downtown now to help with the summer reading program. I hope it's gone by noon. Ugh.
