I need some help

Does anyone reading this, or anyone they know of and would kindly be willing to point over here, (1) live in the San Francisco East Bay, anywhere in Alameda County except on Alameda, (2) have a spare room of any size or even a walk-in closet they can spare, (3) doesn't have cats ('cause I adore 'em but am severely allergic), (4) doesn't smoke
