Does anyone reading this, or anyone they know of and would kindly be willing to point over here, (1) live in the San Francisco East Bay, anywhere in Alameda County except on Alameda, (2) have a spare room of any size or even a walk-in closet they can spare, (3) doesn't have cats ('cause I adore 'em but am severely allergic), (4) doesn't smoke ( Read more... )

We have friends in various parts of the Bay Area. Is it okay if I "signal boost" by pointing my f-list at your post?

Yes, that would be wonderful. I've been meaning to reply to everyone's lovely comments and been meaning to ask folks for a signal boost, just haven't gotten to it.

It's been too long, and I'm sorry you're having such difficulties. I'm in NYC still and don't really know people in the Bay Area, so I can't be of much direct assistance, regrettably.

I don't think you're on the Hunter '86 mailing list on Yahoo Groups (hchs86), and you may have good reasons for not wanting anything to do with anyone there, but I know some of our classmates are also in the Bay Area, and the ones I'm in touch with are good people. There are also people on Facebook, if you do Facebook. Please feel free to ignore these suggestions with as much prejudice as you see fit. I won't feel hurt!
