Thank you! This is a really short chapter, so there's not as much feeling as usual, but I did try as hard as I could to give the readers my best :)

I know, right? It's the longest thing I've ever written, and the longest thing I've ever seen on the community (although I haven't been here for long, so maybe something longer exists).

I've read this whole fic in one week (sounds long haha).
I will follow this fic til the end, it's so amazing/epic/sad/cute/funny/overwhelming.

Love it that we will follow Ian until the end. I will cry so much. EVen more at the point when Ian broke up with Mel. I was sad the whole day!

Um, oh my god, thank you! These compliments are insane, I can't thank you enough.
Yeah, I almost cried writing some bits, there's a lot of emotion. And it was pretty awful when Ian broke up with Mel, for me it was just so telling of his character. Like, he wanted to protect her, and he did that by hurting them both. It was a very noble, respectful decision on his part. But yeah, a bit of sadness for her then was better than making her a widow.
