Just three billion? For an intergalactic civilization, that's a piddling drop in a giant bucket.

XD Brandenburg Tor was a rather small planet (a resort planet if I remember correctly); it's entire population was only about 3 billion. The Magog just ran out of people on the planet to kill XD
