Doesn't it seem sad to sing our last goodbye, instead of just a lullaby.

The only thing worse than staying late at work, is staying late at work and then still having to bring work home with you. My bed is covered in proofs. Which is not particularly conducive to proofing. Nor indeed, sleeping, for that matter. Ah well ( Read more... )

I suggest either purchasing another bed in which to sleep or finding a different place to do work you've brought home. This of course is sound advice coming from someone who consistently wakes up on books or on the floor.

Well, maybe in a year you'll move again and be a next door neighbor of littleloonlost. Money is always good as long as you're somewhat happy.

Is your icon from
Lantana? I've never seen it, but it's on my huge, never ending list of Things. Also: Anthony LaPaglia is hot. Al;dkfja;klfjda.

See, in the new house, there will be spare bedrooms in which I can do that. Plus I plan not to take work home after this, so there's that too. I find all sorts of things in the bed that weren't there when I went to sleep. I slept on a hair clip in the shape of a butterfly last night. Ow.

It's about being a means to an end. I'm looking across the ocean for next year...

It is. Heart that film so much. I uploaded it at the beginning of the year to megaupload; if its still active I can send you the link if you want? I heartily recommend it, such a good film.

Yes. Yes he is. *flails* (plus, Ha! I get to use an old icon and still be appropriate and stick to my plan! Go me!)

That should work out good. Most of the books that I fall asleep with are usually shoved aside but I move a lot when I sleep and sometimes end up ont he floor or in a different room. I'm sure that clip left an interesting mark. Ouch, indeed.

That would be AWESOME if you could. And I only use that word about three times a year, so.

YES, YES. He falls into that large category of hot men who are also old enough to be my father. Which seems to be my only hot category, but still.

I fall out of bed a lot. But not so much with the walking. But I want a chaise longe in my music room. Just in case.

No probs, part one is http://www.megaupload.com/?d=0A0NYVT6

part two is http://www.megaupload.com/?d=G07PIR7D

Let me know if there's any problem with them and I'll reupload. Such a top film.

Him, Mark Harmon .....oh it's a good list.....

We shall! We shall come up with a plan so cunning we could put a tail on it and call it a fox. Just think; you could find yourself with some time to spare and just pop up, or phone me to pop down!!!

Well, it's just RUDE to move further away from me. But I love you anyway. It all sounds good (well, apart from work taking over your bed, which is Not Acceptable). I'd sell my soul to the corporate devil if only he was interested. :( Here's wishing you a non-stressful move.

It's hugely rude. Its Rude McRude, winner of the rudest contest. It's Alloa's fault for not wanting me.

I sold my soul with a bluff. Maybe it doesn't count if you lie to the devil. Although.....it probably just makes it worse....

I'm expecting the packing to be the worst bit. Although the actual finding-of-the-house thing could be fraught too....

Good luck with the move and hope everything settles out in the end (and money's always good ;)).

It will all fall into place, I guess. Though I find it scary having realised that it could be timed to be the week before Christmas....and that was also when we moved here, which was interesting! Christmas dinner goose was carved with the saw blade of a Leatherman tool (a glorified penknife)
