1. Today I had the day off school! My teacher was away and because I went to the planning day last term, she suggested that I just take today off. So I had a much needed lazy day at home!

It's 7pm on Saturday and I'm so tired and just relieved to be at home, therefore I couldn't be bothered to go out and do anything tonight. When I was 16 I bought my car and it has served me very well for 7 years. Today it was diagnosed with a problem that will cost $1200 - 1500 to fix. My Dad's mechanic friend however has offered to fix it for $800. I think I have decided to just get it repaired and keep it going for another 1-2 years or until we go overseas. It's a Saturday night and we're staying in;

a) We have no disposable income this week.
b) I have to work early in the morning.
c) Just plain lazy.

I was lucky enough to have a 4 day weekend which started last Thursday :) On Wednesday afternoon I picked Mike's Mum (Chris) up from the air-port (she came to visit from Brisbane for the weekend). Today I finally got back into the pool and it felt great! I did 60 laps without stopping and now I remember why I used to love it so much. When I swim it's like complete mental relaxation. About 2 years ago I was swimming 100 laps a day and I want to try and get back up to 100 laps in an hour (in a 25m pool that is). Tomorrow I will do 65 laps and ( Read more... )

- Sit and frollick in the sun outside
- Have Mum brush me in the sun
- Play with the new toy Mum made me
- Have a long bath in the sun
- Snuggle on Mum's lap
- Follow Mum around the house
- Watch Mum have a shower (perve)
- Beg for a few cookies
