If the calorie-cutting isn't working, try instead to cut fat. I remember trying to go under 15 grams a day. The calorie counting never ever worked for me for some reason so I ignore it. Also if you can, try walking away during the meal for some reason and giving it five minutes. You might not want the rest when you get back. The last thing you could try is drinking a huge glass of water before every meal. That's just my two cents. :) Hope you're well.

I have to watch fat anyways as I recently found out I have gallstones (as well as cholesterol)
I never thought about drinking huge amounts of water first or walking away halfway through
