Work is so screwing with me right now. I was blocked from myspace Tuesday night, but not last night. I came in tonight thinking I'd be able to get online...I even waited until 8pm (our corporate office is out in AZ and the computer people would have left by then), but much to my shock and dismay I'm blocked again. So now I'm bored, with nothing

Hey try this, many times when an IT department starts blocking certain websites they forget to block the secure connection to the site.

For Instance my friends list is such:

http://jackofhearts.livejournal.com/friends/

To change that to a secure connection you just add an s after http like this:

https://jackofhearts.livejournal.com/friends/

Try that with any blocked website, its not guaranteed to work but it will many times when companies block sites like LJ, Myspace, hotmail, etc.

Yeah, I tried that, not blocked but the internet couldn't locate that address. I'm not too terribly concerned about it since I'll be borrowing a little time on myspace from Scott tomorrow, and getting my little self hooked up with a computer at home this weekend. I was just kinda bored.

i don't have a computer yet at my new job also i found out my boss (my supervisor's supervisor hate when people listen to music at work so no ipod :(
