So Greg offered space to Toby in July...I don't know if Toby will accept and just take a vacation to Chicago for a month, or be pigheaded and refuse because nothing is good enough for king Toby. But he at least seems more open to it than he was to other things. Here's hoping...

He SHOULD. Whether or not he WILL is yet to be seen. He isn't exactly jumping to stay nearby. He's not putting any effort whatsoever into making this situation work, and I'm left picking up the slack. I'm not ready to move in with someone that irresponsible, especially not for his age.
