Know what I love? When a recruiter calls you at 8:52 pm after you're already in bed because you're not feeling so hot then goes on to tell you he's within his rights to call you because its not quite 9. Which is totally correct but who pulls that it's not quite 9 crap and even calls someone that late when its a business call and not a collections ( Read more... )

I hate interviews. There is nothing worse than knowing that you're overqualified and they would be lucky to have you and some twit wants you to explain why they should hire you. I always hate that interim time while you are actually waiting to hear back from a company. And it is always comforting to see a job you applied for reposted on Monster.com ( Read more... )

I've quit school. I just woke up one morning and confirmed my belief that I couldn't take one more damn day at school. So I've officially dropped out for the semester. I'm now job hunting as of last Monday and I've already scheduled 8 interviews so not too shabby ( Read more... )

Pretty good week so far. I have missed four classes but that was mostly due to my dad being in the hospital. He is supposed to get out today. He has kidney stones but apparently they are monsterous big- his doctor double checked the info he was faxed because he thought the size was a typo!
