based on what you wrote and how the internet community works, I would suggest a LJ community (if you don't want a forum that is), so certain parts can be locked to public and there is at least a little control over what can be seen by whom.

apart from that, don't say you'd be unable to do much. even a little can be appreciated highly and I'm sure poeple would be willing to help out. why wouldn't they?

I'm not much of an artist or composer, coder or such, but I'd like to help out. so no worries, things will work out, because that's what our fandom should be like, helping each other out where we can.
and maybe we really could form something bigger. I do have some ideas about little goods for JYE at least ^^ so you can get back to me, if there's something I can do

Why not try an LJ community? There are a lot of dbsk, yunjae fans specifically, here on livejournal. In this case they can stay on the same site and they don't need to make another account.

And don't say you're not able to do much, being there for the boys is more than enough. You know I'd love to help out, just let me know. I might not be that tech-saavy or w/e but there must be something that I could do ;)

I don't know much about this :/ But, to me, LiveJournal sounds more save? Like, you'd be able to lock posts? I voted for LiveJournal.
