OH yea...I would say, considering the damage she could have done to herself, or any one else in the vicinity, she should get a whopper of a punishment. But you're one step ahead, at least you took the time to get some perspective on it. And sometimes that is really hard to do.

Thank you, normaly my "latin" temperament get the better of me but I think I was too shocked,lol. She will have to pay for the glass out of her (future) christmas and birthday money plus no dvd watching in her room at weekends until christmas.

No, can you believe she had the tiniest scratch that didn't even bleed, which was good because I was already too much in a tizzy with all the broken glass trying to make sure she didn't step on it. She will pay for the glass alright, plus no dvd in room at weekends and santa might even be a bit meaner this year.
