I may have mentioned to some of your that I've been writing a lot more this summer. As I've looked back over the stuff I've turned out, I think this is the greatest poem that I have to offer from the bunch (though others have disagreed). I think it may be he greatest thing I've written, period, as an amature. Anyway, I'll be pulling it off of

I've always been a fan of the juxtaposition of evocative, lyrical words alongside violent imagery. There's something incredibley powerful in it that enlivens the picture even more.
