well, I had asked if he wanted to join me and some friends for dinner one time when we were talking just as I was heading off to meet my friends for dinner, He said he was busy. Then he called me later and asked if I wanted to go to dinner with him sometime soon. SO, it was sorta casual but it still implied a date. *shrug*
