Every night at 11pm on the dot my neighbor has to check his fire alarm before he goes to bed. He blasts it for 30 seconds. Its really annoying.. Anyone else have a neighbor like that?

I got two mysterious phone calls over the weekend, where the person did not leave a message. However the # that came up on my cell's caller ID was 718. No, not the NY area code, just that number - 718. Does anyone know what it could be? I was thinking of perhaps someone calling using a calling card?? Thanks for anyone's help!:)
