The water challenge commences again today.

In my efforts to lose 10 pounds by Christmas, I started drinking water. A LOT of water. While this may seem like a fundamental point, those who know me know that I despise water. I'm not sure why but I just can't stand it. It's tasteless, I guess I like my liquids to taste good ( Read more... )
