Fags in the vending machine

I went to get a Snickers bar the other day, and the work vending machine not only did not have any, it offered four different varieties of cigarette amongst the chocolate. What the hell is that about? Theres also a ciggy machine on the end of my road, just sitting there. The Europeans sure do love to smoke
