Starting a Dutch language course tonight (UvA) . I took the placement test a few weeks ago, they said my Pronunciation and understanding were good, but my spelling was bad. Found a book on the "Silva Method" in a London bookstore a few weeks back. I've been the basic excercise for a while now and I think my concentration ability has improved. (Also the other day I was resting and my internal pictures seemed to have improved in quality quite a bit).

I'm working out of Almere now. (Its a 1 hour drive each way from my place. My manager had suggested I wait until a little later, before moving up here. (To make sure it is something long term)). But outside it is raining like crazy ( Read more... )

Biked to work last week and it was much easier. Today I biked to the Center of The Hague and back, about 5x the distance to work. (It in the mid 60's F). Much easier to handle. (Stopped for Lunch in Old Rijswijk and then went to the center, chatted with C at her job, visited the American Book Center, wandered back home).
