Congratulations on not renting a house that went into foreclosure; we should all be so lucky. :) I do feel somewhat bad that it takes the ground shifting beneath my feet to get me to move, even when I know I want to move.

If you're sick I absolve you of any obligations for Saturday. You can pick up the TV tuner the next time I see you, which may be April if you want help moving then.

I'm still planning to show up. Well, we'll see how I feel Saturday, but I'm hoping I'm on the tail end of this bug.

I actually asked the owner about foreclosure being a problem when we looked at the place and he said he didn't have a mortgage on it. So I thought we dodged the bullet.
