Ahhh, yes. Today I am taking my New Years holiday off from work. Terra has the day off too, and after waking up around 10:30-11 we have basically been vegging out on cable TV. We do have plans for the weekend. We both need to get stuff done with our cars and we are going to try to do some cleaning etc. around the apartment. But for now, we are just

A web comic, eh? Perhaps I'll write a column next to it so we can REALLY harken back to the good old days at the Student Voice.

The job thing, best not to worry about broken promises too much. I mean, how many years did I vow to get out of MN Credit? As it turned out, I didn't have to because they booted me out. Anyway, a new job will happen for you as long as you stay proactive in your search. OR... you could just get Art Materials to fire you. Then you could suck off the unemployment teet for 5 months like I just did.

I think you're taking the right track with your mother. Everything is quality time now, and I'm sure she appreciates everything you and you family have been doing for her. We all hope and pray she does get better even if the odds are not in her favor.

Sorry to hear about your mom. She's beaten this thing so far, and she's a strong woman so I'm confident she'll beat this too. I mean, she's put up with you, Joe, Molly and Marcus for this long, cancer is nothin compared to that!

I am just trying to get the hang of this tablet thingy first! I will definitely let everyone know if and when I get this comic up and running.

My mom is a fighter who has a lot to live for. All we can do is just be as optimistic as possible.
