I'm home alone, lying on my back on the couch, and getting sleepy at 1:24 a.m. But there is a black kitten the size of my foot curled up and sleeping just below my right boob. His left ear twitches every once in a while. And it is the sweetest thing in the world.

Very early tomorrow morning, Joe and I will be embarking on a 7 hour drive to beautiful Manchester, Tennesee. We will be packing a tent, two sleeping bags, some clothing, a grill, and a cooler full of beer. And some food.
