Oh, JuneAnne. Damn. I'm so sorry. It's been a while since we've talked, but I know how close you were to your granda, and how concerned you have been for him over the years, how much you have dreaded this. I hope you can find at least some comfort in knowing that he isn't in pain any more, even as you mourn the hole that is left in your life.

So sorry to hear about your granda JA. I was going to text you the other day but have no idea if its still the same number, I even asked Tracy if she had heard from you, I guessed you were just busy as you hadn't been around.

Oh, June-Anne - I'm so very, very sorry to read this. The last line especially brought tears to my eyes.

I can only say that although it might not feel like it at the moment, it will become easier with time. You will never forget but the pain will dull.
