On Dec 7th Stephanie, my mom's woman, needs help setting up for some big thing at the Hilton, 6am-1pm for $9/hour, I'll ask around for people who need hair stuff done and depending on my paycheck on Friday, would you be so kind as to let me take you out or something?

Well if you hate owning the house and all the bills, and you're tired of being broke then why dont you just sell the house. If you still want to be a home owner then you and Chris could always just buy a condo. There are all kinds of awesome condo's out there for so much cheaper. It's not like you and Chris have kids or anything. You don't HAVE to own a house at this time in your life.

Yeah we have definitly thought about that. Everyday. If we try to sell the house we have a big pre payment penelty. After owning it for 2 years there is a lot less we have to pay, so we are waiting the extra year. Plus we wouldn't even be able to get what we bought it for. I have looked. So we would end up having to pay a lot out of pocket and not get anything back from selling it. This one, we just have to wait out. Then it will probably be apartment time for us again. I looked at a condo today that was more money than our house! For what I want in a condo, they are very expensive.

Would it be ok if you gave me your address so Nick can look it up. He's just curious because he wants to look at your house value in comparison to a condo.
