today i finally got my ass to the gym! i felt so guilty for going 5 days without working out that i busted out 60 mins of cardio; the machines estimated me at 735 calories! woo! i also ate better (as i always do when i'm at clinical) and drank 60 oz of water. so, i took a week off from being healthy, but i am coming BACK!

and my god, i could not go more than 20 minutes.
i would like to be able to but once i got to about 150 calories [and not even in one attempt, just accumulative] i couldn't do it.
so congrats on that. i will strive to be like that.
