let me assure you, you don't have to be particularly good at understanding things to finish your PhD... and even less good to get just CLOSE to finishing your PhD.

OMG. I missed so much because I wasn't feeling well and had three naps. And, even though there was a link in the comments to their totally ridiculous survey, it's not giving me the original questions. But OTOH why should I waste my time. I've already gotten a pretty good (i.e., rotton) feeling just from the comments. May I stop LMAO at the wordcount thingy. It's also hilarious to see how they were soliciting guidance from some of their commenters with academic qualifications and then just stopped replying.

Oh - if anyone is wondering about my icon - YES, I am an Alaskan aurora borealis. Sheesh! They don't even get the concept of icons denoting mood.
