Hey Abbi....
Your life may be up or it may be down but you gotta know that no matter what happens is you will always be yourself and nothing or no one can change you.... dont care about what people say or do because if you give in then you will just be sad...dont get attatched to people when they have a history of deception...
your much better than you tell yourself and you needent be sad because you have wonderful friends to support you and family
im not fully knowledgeable about your position but from my experience i do have to say that it does hurt bad to get your heart broken and takes the longest time to recover but do remember that while your recooperating theres plenty of other things to do then chase boys around... :) you should first learn to love yourself again before trying to love new people or the people who have hurt you :)
